"Sally Brooks was recommended to me by my nephew and niece. I called and spoke with Wendy who blew me away with her expertise in the insurance feild.
20 minutes into the conversation I made arrangements to transfer all three of my 3 insurance policies to her State Farm office.

"My name is Jose Duque. Ive had a really bad experience with State Farm I’ve been with them for 3 years. I have automatic payments set up I have never checked my account until a few days ago Costs goes up and down with no explanation. And when you renew your policy it’s an extra $30-$40 with reason. And there is no employee that can explain why this happens. Staff members are no good with customer service because they never give you a satisfying reason.

My recommendation is to check your billing every month so you do not have the same experience as I did for 3 years ."

"Jose, we take concerns about billing and customer service seriously and would like to provide clarification.

Our records reflect that at each renewal period over the past three years, you contacted our office with questions regarding premium changes. On each occasion, our team reviewed your policy in detail and documented the explanations provided, including both the premium increases and premium decreases that have occurred over the last few years.

Last week, you contacted our office three separate times in one week regarding your billing. Our team spent several hours reviewing your statements and explaining each adjustment. During the final call, a comprehensive review was conducted of every monthly bill from 2022 to the present, outlining each change and the reason for it. That call lasted approximately two hours. At the conclusion of the conversation, you confirmed that your questions had been answered, although you indicated you were not satisfied with the outcome.

Please note, our office is required to follow all underwriting rules and insurance regulations established by the State of North Carolina. We will not deviate from these for any reason.

We remain committed to transparency and to providing detailed explanations whenever questions arise. If you would like to discuss anything further, I am available to speak to you directly. "
